The following terms apply to all orders placed via this website.

The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding order.
A contract is only concluded once payment has been successfully processed.
All products are offered as limited edition pieces.
Each design is limited in quantity. Once sold out, the design is permanently discontinued.
No restock.
All items are produced individually on demand after an order has been placed.
This means that each product is made specifically for the customer.
Due to the print-on-demand production process, delivery times may vary.
Germany: approx. 10 business days
EU: approx. 10–15 business days
Worldwide: approx. 15–35 business days
Delays caused by production, logistics, or external factors may occur.
All prices are stated in Euro (€).
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the destination.
The total price is displayed before completing the purchase.
Payments are processed via PayPal or other available payment providers.
The seller does not store payment data.
Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, slight variations may occur, including color deviations, print placement differences, and material tolerances.
These do not constitute defects.
Individual requests (e.g. different shirt types, special sizes, or variations) may be accepted on request.
Such orders may have different pricing and delivery times and may be excluded from return rights.
Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
However, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods that are individually produced or clearly personalized, as all products are made on demand.
In case of defective or damaged products, the customer is entitled to replacement or refund according to statutory provisions.
Proof (e.g. photo) may be required.
The seller is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Lübeck, Germany, where legally permissible.
